How do I place an order?
Just give us a call, or email us. We do recommend emailing your order so
we will have a computer record of what and when you ordered.
I'm ready to order, what do you need to know?
We need to know several things to start your order.:
• Contact Name, phone number, and email address
• Mailing & shipping address
• Payment method (Check, cash, or credit card)
• Due date
• Deposit to start order and artwork (Check, cash, or credit card)
• What item you are ordering - we can help if you're not sure
• Size & Quantity of the products ordered
After I order, how long will it take to get my stuff?
There are many factors that will determine how long it takes - what you are
ordering, what time of year it is, and if you supply artwork or need it created. If
we have to create the art, it will add time to the order. Artwork approval, and
changes will also affect how long it takes.
Overall though, some items take as little as 3 - 5 business days, while other
items can take up to a 3 or 4 weeks. Most items such as banners, stickers,
and magnets usually take about 7 - 14 business days.
If you need an order finished in 3 business days or less, rush charges will
apply. Rush charges may apply to other items, and will be determined upon
ordering.
Can you use artwork that I have, or will be making?
Usually we can use your artwork, but there are certain files that we can
accept. We are PC based, so we can not use Mac files.
What types of files can you use?
For full color digital printing we can use many different types of files.
• Corel Draw X4 (or older) • Photoshop CS3 (or older)
• JPG • TIF
• GIF • EPS
• Illustrator (Please contact us first) • PDF
If your order is for cut vinyl, or full color prints that need to be cut to shape -
we need a vector based file such as:
• Corel Draw X4 (or older) • EPS (vecotr based only)
• Illustrator (Please contact us first) • Flexi or VeLxi
What resolution should I use for full color printing?
It all depends on the final output size, and product. Please contact us so we
can help you determine the size of file you should set up.
How should I send my artwork to you?
Give us a call or email first to let us know what you are sending, and the
approximate file size. Most files can just be emailed to us.
